The Cellar is a constant work in progress involving many hours of researching, tasting and testing allowing us to provide excellent pairings for our seasonal food driven menu.

Adam Shields, Bar Manager, has interned at wineries in Italy, Australia and France. Having traveled to vineyards throughout Europe and the New World, Adam has created a well balanced wine list with a wide selection from all over the globe.

We offer a selection of brands that are recognized around the world as leaders of fine wines, in addition to a number of boutique wineries which offer refined quality at great value.
