Known to provide most friendly and attentive service, Front of House Manager, Erica, has been with the Restaurant since inception. Continues to upgraded her knowledge in the industry, Erica has recently achieved its WSET Level II.
Adam Shields, Bar Manager, is another long service staff at the Restaurant. He has studied Sherry in Jerez Spain, and Whiskey in Scotland. Adam visited a lot of wineries. He knows his customers very well and is always ready to recommend wine pairing for your food menu.
